Fall event line-up at the Breck Distillery

Good food, live music and stunning fall colors, just the way we want to bring on fall in the High Country. This fall, we are breaking in the Barrel Room, one of the most unique music venues in Summit County. If that isn’t enough, we are offering our free shuttle to and from the Distillery. It’s time to grab your friends and head North to the Breck Distillery.

Happy Hour –  Wed. thru Sat.
BOGO on well drinks (excluding Port Cask and Sherry Cask) plus a happy hour food menu featuring pork rinds, deviled eggs, beet salad, prosciutto platter and Chef’s choice rounding out small bites. Join us 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Stretch & Sip – Aug. 19 & 26, 2017
We’ve partnered with Meta Yoga to bring relaxation to our front patio. Even better, we’ve paired it with crafted cocktails. Sign up here.
Time: 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.
Instructor: Meta Yoga
Cost: $15 and includes apres yoga cocktails.

Hogfest Bacon & Bourbon – Aug. 26, 2017
Bacon + Bourbon in Breckenridge. Hogfest partnered with Tender BellySwing to help educate consumers about the welfare and quality of bacon that you are consuming. Main Street Station 2 p.m. to 6 p.m.

Tuesdays just got a little more festive. From 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. Liquid Chef, Billie Keithley is mixing up tiki inspired cocktails and punch bowls (big enough to share with a friend, or 4). Garnished with all kinds of funky, colorful toys like sharks, treasure chest, gold coins and umbrellas. Stay late for dinner for a nightly Polynesian inspired dish.

Breckenridge Distillery Dark Arts Society is proud to present a day of distillery education.

  • Dark Arts Tasting @ 1:30PM: Dark, mysterious, notes of dark chocolate and rich caramel; all words and phrases used to describe our most prestigious product, Dark Arts Single Malt Whiskey.  We are offering a unique opportunity to have an expert guide you through the intricate and singular distillation process, the aromas and ultimately the sublime flavor that characterizes this extraordinary spirit.  $100 per person
  • Breckenridge Gin Tasting @ 3:30PM: Our lively and unique New American Style Gin will leave your taste buds dancing!  Over the course of one extraordinary hour a Breckenridge Distillery distiller will personally guide you through the incredible distillation process and unique flavor profile that characterizes our Gin and wins medals!  The session wraps with a tasting of two Breckenridge Craft Cocktails that showcase the flavor and versatility of our award-winning Gin. $50 per person
  • History of Whiskey @ 5:30PM: You enjoy whiskey, you savor every sip, but what do you really know about the art of whiskey distillation and the history surrounding the outlaws who started distilling in the U.S.?  Take a journey through time and space to trace the history of Bourbon Whiskey in the United States.  Taste your way through a series of bourbons and whiskeys and arrive at the unique flagship flavor that is Breckenridge Bourbon. $75 per person

Whole Animal Roast [WAR] – Sept. 1-2, 2017
Our Whole Animal Roast features locally sourced, farm fresh meats and vegetables. On Friday, Chef prepares fire roasted poultry in preparation for Poultry Ramen on Saturday, Sept. 2. Join us at 11 a.m. on Sept. 2 for craft cocktails and yard games. Dinner starts at 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. or until we are sold out. 50% of Poultry Ramen and 100% on punch that night will be donated to the Houston Flood Relief Fund.

A Fundraiser for the Houston Flood Relief Fund
We are opening up the Barrel Room to live music. Free to the public with limited capacity means you need to get here early. Boulder locals, Gypsy Whiskey, will be playing from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. The Burro will be slinging drinks outside. Join us for the very first concert in the Barrel Room.

Grand Cochon + Punch Kings, Last Call – Sept. 30-Oct. 1, 2017
Cochon555 is a nose-to-tail culinary tour dedicated to supporting family farmers and educating chefs and diners about the agricultural importance of utilizing Old World livestock. 14 chefs create an epic culinary experience and 14 barkeeps craft highly spirited cocktails with Breckenridge Bourbon, all competing for the crown.

Craft Spirits Festival – Oct. 20-22, 2107
Join us and 25+ other craft distillers at the Craft Spirits Festival. The weekend of festivities includes a Bar Mix-off, distilling seminars, spirited cooking classes and much more.

Breckenridge Distillery Restaurant Closures – Nov. 5-20, 2017
The Breckenridge Distillery will be closed for restaurant and bar service. The Tasting Room downtown will remain open, as well as the retail and tour services at our location on Airport Rd.
