Golden Berry G&T:
Muddle 2 golden berries with 2 basil leaves. Add ice & gin. Top with tonic.
Rose Bud G&T:
Combine ingredients in glass.
Thyme for Berries G&T:
Combine ingredients in glass.
*Over medium heat, add 1 cup water with 1 cup sugar. Stir until dissolved. Add 6 blackberries, 8 blueberries and thyme muddled. Let rest for an hour. Strain & bottle. Keep refrigerated.
