Stir to incorporate ingredients.
*Root beer syrup to make foam. Over medium heat, add 8 oz root beer and 6 oz sugar. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Let cool, bottle and refrigerate until ready to use.
Add 6 oz of root beer syrup, 4 oz egg white and 2 oz lemon juice into an iSi. Charge, shake. Keep refrigerated.
