Breckenridge Bourbon Whiskey, A Blend {86 Pf}
Our award-winning, high-rye Bourbon Whiskey is aged for a minimum of three years, in charred, new American oak barrels, and blended to reveal the unique qualities of the Bourbon Whiskey. Deep, honey-amber hue with pronounced aromas of butterscotch, candied orange and apple; dry cacao and brown sugar envelop the tongue as the spirit lingers with notes of vanilla and white pepper.

Our award-winning Breckenridge Bourbon soaks up the charm of our own aged Colorado Rum casks, creating an unstoppable wave of flavor. Candied apple and cinnamon enfold, as dark chocolate and cacao follow. Lingering allspice captivates the senses, gratifying in just one sip, but mysterious enough to leave you wanting another.
Breckenridge Whiskey PX Cask Finish {90 Pf}
From the Andalusia province of Spain, a luscious dessert wine is produced from the shriveled raisins of the Pedro Ximenez (PX) grape. This highly viscous, syrupy, wine is aged in ancient solera barrels for decades before release. We acquired a selection of retired PX barrels from a solera hundreds of years old and filled them with our rich and spicy Bourbon Whiskey. Left to bask in these ripe, fruity vessels, our Whiskey emerged with complex layers of fig compote, orange marmalade, and licorice to complement the sweet oak and vanilla character of our world-renowned Bourbon Whiskey.
Breckenridge Dad’s Stash Blend {86 Pf}
This beautiful golden amber spirit fills your nose with distinct notes of butterscotch, dried orange, with an afterthought of stone fruit, subtle oak and rye spice. Creamy dark caramel and light butterscotch take over the intricate layers of baker’s chocolate and dried apricot, finishing with a bold display of mature oak and cinnamon spice over a lingering subtle chocolate.

We are throwing the ultimate patio party on Father’s Day with live music from Blue River Grass at 11:30am, New Arkansans at 2:30pm and El Paso Lasso at 5:30pm. - Bottling Experience – $55
Sign up to bottle your own Reserve Blend. Our production staff will guide you through the bottling process. Wash, fill and cork your bottle of award-winning bourbon whiskey. Finish the experience by labeling your bottle and personalizing it with a signature. 11:30am & 2pm. No reservation required. Meet at the Breckenridge Distillery Retail counter and purchase your label prior to the event time. - Behind-the-Scenes Tours – Free
Get a 30-minute behind-the-scenes look at our production facility. Each tour takes you into our active production area that features our original pot still and our 42-foot column still. 12pm & 4:30pm. Meet at the Distillery Retail shop. - Blending Lab with Head Distiller, Hans Stafsholt – $10
Become a master blender. Head Distiller Hans Stafsholt guides you through the blending process of our award-winning whiskies in this 1-hour Blending Lab. 12:30pm & 5pm. Meet at the Distillery Retail shop. - Cocktail Workshop with Liquid Chef, Billie Keithley – $15
Liquid Chef Billie Keithley says, “if it is edible, I can make a cocktail out of it.” Billie will show you how to mix a perfectly balanced cocktail. Guests will get to try each cocktail. 2pm & 3:30pm. Meet at the Distillery Retail shop. - Tastings
Enjoy complimentary and paid tastings of our highly awarded craft spirits on a first-come, first-serve basis at the Breckenridge Distillery Retail Shop or Main Street Tasting Room. All Day.
Dad Fest FAQ's
Dad Fest will be hosted at the Breckenridge Distillery at 1925 Airport Rd, Breckenridge, Colorado 80424.
Dad Fest will run from 11-7 p.m., with last experience and band beginning at 5:00 pm.
Any child under 21 is required to be accompanied by an adult.

- FREE Breck Distillery Shuttle will pick you up at Airport Rd Overflow Parking Lot only. Contact Shuttle – (970) 445-8613
*Please plan your trip accordingly as Breckenridge Distillery’s shuttle is booked on a first come, first served basis. The shuttle will not be making is usual pickups in the Town of Breckenridge. Tips are appreciated. - Breckenridge Free Ride
The Breckenridge Free Ride Bus will drop you off at Dennison Placer, across the street from Breckenridge Distillery. Buses run 6:00am – 11:15 pm. Dad Fest concludes at 7:00pm. Bus Schedule. - Rideshare
Uber or Lyft are available but limited in Summit County. Dad Fest takes place at 1925 Airport Rd in Breckenridge, CO.
The Breckenridge Distillery facility allows limited parking. While we recommend carpooling, overflow parking can be found at Airport Rd Overflow Parking Lot, or by parking in town and taking the Breckenridge Free Ride.
Food and cocktails will be available all day at Breckenridge Distillery Restaurant. Food service will run 11:00-6:00pm. We have turned off our reservation system. Join us anytime 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Due to high volume and proximity to Airport Rd, pets are not allowed at Dad Fest. Exceptions are made for registered service dogs.
