Breckenridge Distillery offers guests a VIP experience during their After Hours Tours. Use your senses to experience the inner workings of how these hand-crafted spirits go from grain to bottle while learning about the history of whiskey and how the distillery was founded. 4. Cocktails

If it’s edible, chances are Liquid Chef Billie Keithley has made a cocktail out of it. And that’s one of the reasons she loves working for the Distillery so much. “They never put a cap on my creativity,” Keithley says, adding “I’m thinking about cocktails all the time — my inspiration comes from anywhere and everywhere.” Because of the Distillery’s special liquor license, the bar can’t go out and buy spirits and cordials – so Keithley will craft these in-house or experiment with the distillers. Products like amaros, bitters, vermouth and liqueurs are all crafted by Billie and her team, where she is able to put her own twist on them. Refined over the years from Keithley’s vault of coveted recipes, ‘Psycho Billie’s Vermouth’ is a celebrated elixir amongst cocktail connoisseurs and post-supper sippers.

Keithley and her bar team are creating schnapps, shrubs, syrups and juices, among other fresh products, for every specialty cocktail. Popular menu staples include the Obi Wan Old Fashioned, and made with Breckenridge Port Cask Whiskey.

5. The Founder’s Lab

Nerd out with our distillers and become a master blender for a few magical hours. Breckenridge Distillery’s distillers are experts in nosing, flavor categorization and pairing substrates together to create a whole that far exceeds the expected sum of its parts. Guests will be taught to break down aggregate flavors while building a whiskey blend complete with mouthfeel and finish. 6. Happy Hour at Breckenridge Distillery

After getting your turns in on the mountain, head to the Breckenridge Distillery for an extended Happy Hour available as soon as the restaurant opens. Enjoy crafted cocktail deals, small bites, and more! Happy Hour is served Mon-Sun beginning at 2pm. Make a Reservation.

7. Tastings

The Breckenridge Distillery offers one of the most highly awarded craft bourbons on the market, and you can try it for free! Guests are offered two complimentary samples from our standard menu and have the option to upgrade their tasting to try high-end spirits. A great way to explore the award-winning line of hooch. Tastings are available at the Main Street Tasting Room at 137 S. Main St. or the Breckenridge Distillery at 1925 Airport Road. Complimentary tastings are on a first come, first serve basis starting daily at 11 a.m.

8. Private Dinners in the Founders Lab

This intimate dining experience in the Distillery’s Founders Lab is an experience like none other. Parties of up to 12-30 people can reserve the private room featuring old barn wood and aging barrels, all while next to the phase one production area. This exclusive, private dining area comes with a personal wait staff and can be used for families, micro-conferences, executive meetings, or small parties. In the heart of downtown Breckenridge, get a taste of not only the Distillery’s spirits but also a taste of what the Breckenridge Distillery is all about. There’s no need to drink and drive when you can drink and ride – for free. The Breckenridge Distillery wants its guests to imbibe responsibly, which is why we offer a free shuttle for guests with pick-ups and drop-offs anywhere within town limits when available. The shuttle fits up to 12 people — all you have to do is call day of your reservation at (970) 445 8613 to book.
