Instructions
Muddle lemon, pomegranate seeds, vinegar, and syrup. Add bitters and Breckenridge PX Sherry Finish. Shake and double strain over crushed ice.
*PX Sherry Simple Syrup: over medium heat, add 2 oz pomegranate juice, 2 oz cranberry juice, 4 oz Breckenridge Distillery PX Sherry Whiskey, 6 oz brown sugar, 1 cinnamon stick. Stir until sugar dissolves. Let cool, bottle, and refrigerate.
