Breckenridge Bourbon Whiskey, A Blend {86 Pf}
Our award-winning, high-rye Bourbon Whiskey is aged for a minimum of three years, in charred, new American oak barrels, and blended to reveal the unique qualities of the Bourbon Whiskey. Deep, honey-amber hue with pronounced aromas of butterscotch, candied orange and apple; dry cacao and brown sugar envelop the tongue as the spirit lingers with notes of vanilla and white pepper.
Breckenridge Rum Cask Finish {90 Pf}
Our award-winning Breckenridge Bourbon soaks up the charm of our own aged Colorado Rum casks, creating an unstoppable wave of flavor. Candied apple and cinnamon enfold, as dark chocolate and cacao follow. Lingering allspice captivates the senses, gratifying in just one sip, but mysterious enough to leave you wanting another.
Breckenridge Whiskey PX Cask Finish {90 Pf}
From the Andalusia province of Spain, a luscious dessert wine is produced from the shriveled raisins of the Pedro Ximenez (PX) grape. This highly viscous, syrupy, wine is aged in ancient solera barrels for decades before release. We acquired a selection of retired PX barrels from a solera hundreds of years old and filled them with our rich and spicy Bourbon Whiskey. Left to bask in these ripe, fruity vessels, our Whiskey emerged with complex layers of fig compote, orange marmalade, and licorice to complement the sweet oak and vanilla character of our world-renowned Bourbon Whiskey.

This beautiful golden amber spirit fills your nose with distinct notes of butterscotch, dried orange, with an afterthought of stone fruit, subtle oak and rye spice. Creamy dark caramel and light butterscotch take over the intricate layers of baker’s chocolate and dried apricot, finishing with a bold display of mature oak and cinnamon spice over a lingering subtle chocolate.

Sign up to bottle your own Reserve Blend while our production staff guides you through the bottling process. Fill, label, cork, and seal your own bottle of award-winning bourbon whiskey. Finish the experience by labeling your bottle and personalizing it with a signature. No reservations required. Meet at the Breckenridge Distillery Retail counter and purchase your label prior to event time and meet in front of the Distillery at the Bike Racks at 11:15am, 1:30pm & 3:15pm. - Behind-the-Scenes Tours – Free
Get a 30-minute behind-the-scenes look at our production facility. Each tour takes you into our active production area that features our original pot still and our 42-foot column still. Meet at the Distillery Retail Shop at 11:30am 1pm & 2:30pm. - Blending Lab with Head Distillers – $10
Become a master blender! Our head distillers will guide you through the blending process of our award-winning whiskies in this 1-hour Blending Lab. Purchase your wristband at the Distillery Retail Shop before meeting on the Patio Barrel Ricks at 2pm. - Cocktail Workshop with Liquid Chef, Billie Keithley – $10
Liquid Chef Billie Keithley says, “if it is edible, I can make a cocktail out of it.” Billie will spend an hour showing you how to mix a perfectly balanced cocktail. Guests will get to try each cocktail. Purchase your wristband at the Distillery Retail Shop at before meeting at the Patio Barrel Ricks at 12:30pm & 3:30pm. - Tastings

Dad Fest FAQ's
Dad Fest will be hosted from 11am – 6pm at the Breckenridge Distillery at 1925 Airport Rd, Breckenridge, Colorado 80424.
The Breckenridge Distillery facility allows limited parking. While we recommend carpooling, overflow parking can be found at Airport Rd Overflow Parking Lot, or by parking in town and taking the Breckenridge Free Ride or call the FREE Breckenridge Distillery Shuttle at (970) 445-8613 for Breckenridge Pick Up.

*Please plan your trip accordingly as Breckenridge Distillery’s shuttle is booked on a first come, first served basis. The shuttle will not be making is usual pickups in the Town of Breckenridge. Tips are appreciated. - Breckenridge Free Ride
The Breckenridge Free Ride Bus will drop you off at Dennison Placer, across the street from Breckenridge Distillery. Buses run 6:00am – 11:15 pm. Dad Fest concludes at 7:00pm. Bus Schedule. - Rideshare
Uber or Lyft are available but limited in Summit County. Dad Fest takes place at 1925 Airport Rd in Breckenridge, CO.
Any child under 21 is required to be accompanied by an adult.
NEW 2025 – We’ll have crafts from local mobile art studio Frosted Flamingo, a Breckenridge coloring mural, as well as games to play with Dad throughout the day!
