Instructions
Muddle blueberry syrup and mint directly into Julep cup. Add 2/3 cup pebble ice. Stir to incorporate syrup and mint leaves. Add Breckenridge Rum Cask finish. Stir to incorporate until cup frosts on the outside. Top with more ice, and garnish.
*blueberry simple syrup. Over medium heat add 1-1/2 cup water, ¾ cup blueberries, ¾ cup sugar. Muddle blueberries. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Let cool, strain, bottle and refrigerate.
