Fruits of Summer Spritz

Made with Breckenridge PX Sherry Cask Finish Whiskey

Recipe

1-1/2 oz Breckenridge PX Sherry Cask Finish Whiskey
1 oz blackberry syrup*
½ oz lemon juice
Prosecco
Soda
3 dashes rhubarb bitters

Garnish: blackberries, rhubarb, kiwi

Instructions

Add top 3 ingredients into large wine glass with ice. Top with Prosecco, soda and bitters.

*Blackberry syrup: over medium heat add 2 cups water, 14 oz sugar and 6 oz blackberries. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Muddle blackberries. Let cool, strain, bottle and refrigerate

  • Call to schedule a shuttle ride the day of your visit. We recommend calling at 2pm to schedule.
  • Our shuttle is on a first come, first serve basis.
  • Rides are not guaranteed and are schedule, location, and weather dependent.
  • We allow a 5 min grace period upon shuttle arrival before our shuttle will depart to their next pickup.
  • Only service within Breckenridge town limits.
  • Maximum of 11 guests per ride. If more than 11 guests, must be scheduled ahead of time. Please call the shuttle driver at 2pm prior to your visit to book a second shuttle. We will not transport more than 11 guests at a time.
  • Shuttle gives priority to Restaurant guests. All Events must be prescheduled pick-ups and will be picked up according to the shuttles availability if needed day of. Please contact events@breckdistillery.com to book an event shuttle.
