Made with imported peat‑smoked malt from Scotland and aged for over four years in Breckenridge Distillery’s own used Bourbon Whiskey casks, it’s thoughtfully blended with single malt produced from a selection of our favorite Colorado‑grown malts. The aroma opens with elegant peat smoke layered over smooth caramel, accented by subtle notes of orange and melon. On the palate, bold peat takes the lead, balanced by rich caramel and finishing with a warm, lingering honeyed smoke.
