Join us at Breckenridge Distillery for an evening filled with Modern-American dishes, each course matched with a spirited partner.
Breckenridge Distillery Restaurant (BDR) host Chef Richard Calton welcomes longtime colleague, BDR Culinary Ambassador/world-renowned chef David Burke (James Beard Award, Meilleur Ouvriers de France) and Carmine DiGiovanni (Co-Founder of Aunt Jake’s NYC and the Mulberry Project) to the majestic mountain town of Breckenridge to showcase their unique and playful takes on modern-American dishes.
Breck Distillery’s Liquid Chef Billie Keithley impresses with perfectly paired hand-crafted cocktails inspired by each chef’s dish. And, the evening concludes with chocolatier Christopher Curtin from Éclat Chocolate bringing his chocolates made with Breckenridge Distillery spirits.
