Celebrate the arrival of spring with a vibrant cocktail workshop that highlights the freshest seasonal ingredients. In this hands-on 2-hour experience for 12 guests, you’ll explore what’s currently in season in Colorado: from crisp asparagus and tender greens to fragrant herbs and early strawberries—learn how to incorporate these flavors into beautifully balanced cocktails. We’ll also take a look at what’s coming soon to local farmers markets, including the Breckenridge Farmers Market (starting June 19, Thursdays 4–7 PM at the Exchange Lot) and the Breckenridge Sunday Market (starting June 8, Sundays 10 AM–3 PM at Main Street Station) Whether you’re a cocktail enthusiast or simply excited to welcome spring with fresh flavors, this class offers a delicious and creative way to toast the season.
