Denver, CO - Dad's Reserve: A Spirits Dinner

Treat Dad with a night thoughtfully designed just for him— with bold local spirits, mouthwatering steaks, and a luxury dining experience to remember for years to come. On Wednesday, June 11, join us for Dad’s Reserve: A Spirits Dinner at Elway’s, an exclusive evening in partnership with Breckenridge Distillery.

Enjoy a chef-curated, multi-course dinner showcasing: A5 Steak Tartar with truffle and jalapeño, paired with Breckenridge Bourbon’s caramel warmth; Green Chili Lamb Roulade with tomato and fondue, echoing mountain sunsets, enhanced by Port Cask Whiskey’s fruity depth; Colorado Trout with fennel soubise and caviar beurre blanc, reflecting alpine streams, elevated by Rum Cask Whiskey’s tropical spice; and Seared A5 Wagyu with parsnip and mushrooms, evoking forested peaks, harmonized with PX Cask Whiskey’s sweet complexity. Each course is expertly paired with handcrafted cocktails, with exceptional spirits poured personally by Bret Zareck of Breckenridge Distillery. After dinner, guests will move up to the Plaza Terrace for a cigar and cocktail pairing to end the evening.

Each reservation includes dinner and cocktails for two, as well as a custom, locally hand rolled cigar provided by Cigars on Sixth. Upon departure, each pair will take home a bottle of Breckenridge Bourbon: Denver Broncos Limited Edition to add to their home collection. Each reservation also enters guests into a raffle to win a complimentary distillery tour and tasting for two at the distillery in Breckenridge on a later date.
