Call us crazy, but this is one delicious marg. Our Chili Chile Vodka is infused with Turkish Chilis and Colorado-grown Pueblo Chiles. This infusion brings you a smoky-forward feast on the pallet. Make it for yourself.
Chili Chile Margarita
1.5oz of Chili Chile Vodka
.5oz freshly squeezed lemon
.5oz freshly squeezed lime
.5oz Kaffir lime simple syrup
Dash of Sriracha
Rim the glass with honey and Arbol Chili Salt. Pour over ice.
Garnish with a lime wheel, dehydrated Thai Chilis and chili threads.

We’ve paired the Chili Chile Margarita with our BDR Brussel Sprouts. This dish is created by roasting the Brussel sprouts and separating the leaves. They are sautéed with the bourbon glaze, Colorado sourced bacon, hazelnuts and apple dice. Finally, topped with the crispy leaves for added flavors and textures.
