Instructions
Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain and serve over ice.
*Vanilla bean syrup: over medium heat add 1 cup water, ¾ cup brown sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Let cool, bottle and refrigerate.
*Apple suds: in a container, add 2 cups apple cider and 2 teaspoons lecithin granules. Use an aquarium filter to aerate. (insert the stone end of the tube into the cider and lecithin)
