Instructions
Gently muddle mint, banana simple syrup, allspice dram, and lime. Add 1/2 glass crushed ice. Swizzle with bar spoon. Add more crushed ice and Breckenridge Bourbon. Swizzle, top with crushed ice & bitters.
*Banana Simple Syrup: In a saucepan, add one sliced banana, two cups cane sugar and 2 cups water. Bring to a simmer, then remove from heat, cover and let cool. Refrigerate overnight, strain through cheesecloth-lined sieve.
