These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the “Whiskey For Mom” contest (the “Contest”) co-run by Breckenridge Distillery and Republic National Distribution Company (collectively referred to as “Organizers”). By participating in this Contest, you agree to abide by these Terms.

1. Eligibility:

The Contest is open to individuals aged 21 and above.

Employees, agents, and affiliates of Breckenridge Distillery and Republic National Distribution Company, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate in the Contest.

2. Contest Period:
   The Contest begins On April 1, 2024 and ends on May 5, 2024.
3. How to Enter:
   Participants can enter the Contest by completing all of the fields on the form on our landing page on BreckenridgeDistillery.com.
4. Prize:
   The winners (36 winners) of the Contest will receive a $75 King Sooper’s e-gift card for purchase use in their floral department. Winner will be randomly selected May 6, 2024 and notified via email. Winner must be 21+.

5. Winner Selection:

• The winner will be randomly selected from eligible entries received during the Contest Period.
• The winner will be notified via email within 14 after the end of the Contest Period.

6. Personal Data and Communications:

• By entering this Contest, you consent to Breckenridge Distillery using the provided information to send you emails and SMS text message communications.
• Personal information provided by participants will be subject to the privacy policies of the Breckenridge Distillery.

7. General Conditions:

• Breckenridge Distillery reserves the right to disqualify any participant or entry that violates these Terms or is deemed to be inappropriate or fraudulent in their sole discretion.
• Participants agree to release, indemnify, and hold the Breckenridge Distillery harmless from any claims arising out of or relating to participation in the Contest.

8. Governing Law:

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. This contest is void where prohibited.

9. Modification or Termination:

• Breckenridge Distillery reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Contest at any time without prior notice.
