TICKLE PICKLE
Tickle Pickle
1-1/2 oz Breckenridge Gin (Buy Now)
1 oz pickle juice syrup*
1 oz lemon juice
Fever Tree Cucumber Tonic
Shake top 3 ingredients with ice. Strain and serve over pebble ice. Top with Cucumber Tonic.
Garnish: Spicy pickle and dill bloom
*pickle syrup. Over low/med heat, add 1 cup pickle juice with 1 cup sugar. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Let cool , bottle and refrigerate.
APRÈS SUMMER
Après Summer
1-1/2 oz Breckenridge Gin (Buy Now)
1-1/2 oz Blackberry lavender shrub*
3/4 oz fresh lime juice
Tonic
Shake top 3 ingredients with ice. Strain over pebble ice and top with tonic.
Garnish: Lucky Sorrel
*Blackberry lavender shrub. Over medium heat add 1-1/2 cup water, 6 oz blackberries, 3 oz monk fruit sweetener, 2 oz blackberry balsamic vinegar and 2 oz Colorado honey. Muddle blackberries. Stir until sweetener is dissolved. Add 1 Tbsp dried lavender and stir. Turn off heat and let rest 10 minutes. Strain, bottle and refrigerate.
STRAWBERRY FIELDS
¾ oz Breckenridge Vodka (Buy Now)
1 oz strawberry, hibiscus simple syrup*
Top with Fever Tree sparkling grapefruit
Build in glass top two ingredients. Add ice and top with Fever Tree. Slightly stir to incorporate ingredients.
Garnish: strawberry slice & dried hibiscus.
*Strawberry & hibiscus simple syrup: over low-medium heat, add 16 oz sliced strawberries. Muddle then add 2 cups water, 2 oz dried hibiscus, ½ cup raw sugar and ½ cup monk fruit sweetener. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Let cool, strain, bottle and refrigerate.
SILLY RABBIT

¾ oz Breckenridge Bourbon (Buy Now)
2 oz fresh juiced carrots
1 oz ginger apple syrup*
Top with soda
Build in glass top two ingredients. Add ice and top with soda. Slightly stir to incorporate ingredients.
Garnish: Pea Tendrils
*Ginger/apple syrup. Over low heat, add 1 cup apple juice, 4 oz raw sugar, 2 oz honey and ¼ cup crushed ginger. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Turn off heat. Let rest an hour. Strain and refrigerate.
YODA SODA
¾ oz Breckenridge Gin (Buy Now)
2 oz cucumber & lime simple syrup*
Top with Soda
Build in a glass top two ingredients, add ice, top with soda. Slightly stir to incorporate ingredients.
Garnish: pickled cucumber ribbon
*Cucumber & lime simple syrup: add juice of three cucumbers, 1-1/2 limes and ¼ cup monk fruit sweetener into a mixing vessel. Stir until sweetener is dissolved. Bottle and refrigerate.
CITRUS PARTY
Citrus Party
¾ oz Breckenridge Vodka (Buy Now)
1-1/2 oz citrus syrup*
Top with soda
Build in glass top two ingredients. Add ice and top with soda. Slightly stir to incorporate ingredients.
Garnish: zest of orange, lemon & lime
*Citrus simple syrup: peel two grapefruits, two oranges, one lemon and one lime with little pith as possible. Over low heat add 1 cup water and citrus peels. Muddle peels gently to release oils. Add juice of one grapefruit, one orange, ½ cup monk fruit sweetener, ½ cup raw sugar. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Let rest and cool. Strain, bottle and refrigerate.
JOHNNY BEE GOOD
¾ oz Breckenridge Gin (Buy Now)
½ oz orange blossom honey simple syrup*
¾ oz fresh lemon juice
Top with soda
2 dashes Angostura Bitters
Build in a glass top three ingredients, add ice, top with soda and bitters. Slightly stir to incorporate ingredients.
Garnish: lemon wheel & honey stick
*Honey simple syrup: over medium heat add 1 cup water and 3/4 cup orange blossom honey. Stir, turn off heat and cool. Bottle and refrigerate.
PUTTIN’ ON THE SPRITZ

½ oz Psycho Billie’s Vermouth
Strongwater Aperitif
In a Collins glass filled with pebble ice, add top 2 ingredients. Top with sparkling aperitif.
Garnish: dehydrated orange wheel

¾ oz Breckenridge Bourbon (Buy Now)
1-1/2 oz tart cherry simple syrup*
Top with soda
Build in glass top two ingredients. Add ice and top with soda. Slightly stir to incorporate ingredients.
Garnish: 3 Luxardo cherries
*Cherry simple syrup: over low heat, add 8 cups thawed from frozen tart cherries. Muddle & muddle. Add one cup raw sugar. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Let cool, strain, bottle and refrigerate.

1-1/2 oz Perfect Puree’s El Corazón (thawed)
Top with soda
