GRILLIN’ & CHILLIN’ PINEAPPLE OLD FASHIONED + SMOKED SALMON WITH CHARRED PINEAPPLE
Our Breckenridge Bourbon Old Fashioned garnished with grilled pineapple complements this Peachwood-smoked wild caught Salmon. The salmon brings hints of smoke, citrus fruit and thyme. A fresh pairing.
Grillin’ & Chillin’ Pineapple Old Fashioned
2-1/4 oz Breckenridge Bourbon (Buy Now)
1/2 oz Grilled Pineapple simple syrup*
2 dashes lemon bitters
Stir all ingredients with ice. Strain over large cube.
Garnish: Grilled pineapple & cherry
*Pineapple simple syrup: over medium heat add 1cup water, 1 cup demerara sugar and 4 rings of grilled pineapple. Muddle and stir until sugar is dissolved. Let rest and cool two hours. Strain, bottle and refrigerate.
UNDER A PEACH TREE

1-1/2 oz Breckenridge Bourbon (Buy Now)
1 oz peach tea (chilled)
¾ oz honey simple*
¾ oz fresh lemon juice
Top with Strong Water Ginger Beer
Shake top four ingredients with ice. Strain and serve over crushed ice. Top with ginger beer.
Garnish: peach slice & candied ginger
*Honey simple syrup: over medium heat add 1 cup water, 4 oz honey, 4 oz sugar. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Let cool, bottle and refrigerate.
LAZY MAIZEY DAY + CORN CUSTARD WITH CRUMBLED CORNBREAD & HONEY COMB
Sipping a corn cocktail and nibbling fresh corn from the grill is an experience in itself. Refreshing Breckenridge Vodka with a hint of honey, spice and citrus plays harmoniously with grilled corn custard with savory duck fat cornbread and honeycomb. Get ready for this unique cocktail and dish pairing. An unexpected enjoyment.
Lazy Maizy Day
1-1/2 oz Breckenridge Vodka (Buy Now)
3/4 oz grilled sweetcorn simple syrup*
¾ oz fresh lemon juice
Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain over crushed ice.
Garnish: seasoned sweetcorn
*Sweetcorn simple syrup: grill three ears of corn seasoned with salt, pepper and cayenne. Let cool and slice off kernels into a boiling vessel. Muddle, add 2 cups water and 1 cup sugar, ½ cup Colorado honey. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Let cool, strain, bottle and refrigerate.

2 oz watermelon juice
1 oz lemon juice
¾ oz agave syrup
3 dashes rhubarb bitters
Shake all ingredients with ice. Roll all into glass.

2 oz Breckenridge PX Sherry Cask (Buy Now)
3 blue berries, 2 blackberries, 1 sliced strawberry
½ oz maple syrup
½ oz fresh lemon juice
¼ oz blackberry vinegar
In a shaker tin, muddle berries with maple, lemon and vinegar. Add ice and Breckenridge PX Sherry Cask Finish. Shake and double strain over crushed ice.
1 bottle Breckenridge Bourbon (Buy Now)
12 oz Breckenridge Spiced Whiskey
5 oz allspice dram
30 oz honey simple syrup *
30 oz fresh lemon juice
10 oz Black tea
Refrigerate ingredients 6 hours, or overnight before your Backyard BBQ. Add ingredients to a punch bowl over a large ice mold. Stir to incorporate. Decorate with citrus slices, quartered, halved and full wheel.
*Honey simple syrup: over medium heat add 15 oz water, 8 oz honey and 7 oz sugar. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Let Cool, bottle and refrigerate.
