1 oz honey apple syrup*
1 oz lemon juice
½ oz jalapeño white balsamic
Pinch sea salt
Shake all ingredients with ice, Strain and serve over ice.

*Honey-apple syrup: over medium heat , add 1 cup apple juice, 4 oz honey, and 4 oz sugar. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Let cool, bottle, and refrigerate.
