Looking for something Boo-zy this Halloween? These easy-to-make Halloween cocktails are a spooktacular addition to your Oct. 31 festivities. Billie Keithley paired some of her favorite fall flavors with skeleton bones and ghostly zombies. Do you dare make these chilling cocktails? Happy Halloween.
2 oz Breckenridge Vodka (Buy Now)
3/4 oz huckleberry/grape shrub*
2 lemon wheels cut into quarters
4 mint leaves
Garnish: Monster Peep and mint bouquet
*Huckleberry shrub: over medium heat add 8 oz water, 4 oz Huckleberry Jam, 4 oz muddled grapes, 5 oz sugar, 1/2 oz cider vinegar. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Let cool.

2 oz Breckenridge Gin (Buy Now)
1/4 bar spoon of black pearl dust
1/2 oz dry vermouth
1 oz lemon juice
3/4 oz star anise syrup*
Shake all ingredients with ice. Serve up.
*Anise syrup: over medium heat, combine 1 cup water and 1 cup sugar. Stir until dissolved. Add 5 star anise, cover, and let rest for 5 hours.
CABIN IN THE WOODS
Garnish: toasted pumpkin seeds
Smoke with applewood
Shake all ingredients. Serve over pebble ice.
CORPSE REVIVER IN A BUBBLE
Corpse Reviver in a Bubble
1 oz Breckenridge Gin (Buy Now)
1/2 oz Lillet Blanc
1/2 oz orange liqueur
1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
Spritz of Absinthe
Smoked applewood bubble.
THE DAY WALKER
The Day Walker
2 oz Breckenridge Pear Vodka (Buy Now)
1 oz blood orange juice
1 oz cranberry juice
1/2 oz simple syrup
3 dashes of cranberry bitters
Top with soda and blood bubbles
Shake first 5 ingredients with ice. Serve over ice and top with soda water.
How to make the blood bubbles:
400 ml water
4 bar spoons of salt
3 grams of lecithin powder
12 drops of red food coloring
Stir ingredients. Use an aquarium filter to create the bubbles.
Bobbing for Apples (non-alcoholic)
4 oz Apple cider
2 oz ginger beer
1 oz pear juice
1 oz cranberry juice
1/2 oz lemon juice
Incorporate all ingredients with ice.
Garnish: apple slices
