St. Patrick’s Day, where the beer flows green and the whiskey pours heavy. And for most of us, St. Paddy’s Day brings on one big party. Liquid Chef Billie Keithley mixed up 10 drinks, one of which is the perfect way to start your day.
THE HOOLIGAN
The Hooligan
1-1/2 oz Breckenridge Vodka
4 oz Matcha lemonade tea mix
Build ingredients over ice. Stir to incorporate.
Garnish: micro greens and edible flower.
LUCK OF THE IRISH
At first glance, you may think we fell off our rocker with this one. We assure you we didn’t and this bowl of Lucky Charms needs to be part of your morning routine. Mix one ounce of Breck Spiced Whiskey with your almond milk and chow down. You’re welcome.

Top with vanilla almond milk or whole milk
Serve in a shamrock bowl with an edible spoon
FIGHTING IRISH
Fighting Irish
1-1/2 oz Breckenridge Bourbon Whiskey
1-1/2 oz Pandan Irish Cream*
1/2 oz Espresso Vodka
2 oz coconut almond milk
Shake ingredients with ice. Strain over crushed ice.
Garnish: edible gold dust
*Pandan Irish Cream: mix 1 cup Irish cream and 1 tbsp Nesar Food Pandan powder
BLARNEY STONE
Blarney Stone
1 oz Breckenridge Bourbon Whiskey
½ oz Breckenridge Espresso Vodka
2 barspoons maple syrup
Freshly brewed coffee
Heat mug with hot water. Discard. Add top three ingredients, top with freshly brewed coffee.
Garnish: whip cream
SHENANIGANS
**can be served non-alcoholic
2 oz Breckenridge Rum Cask Finish
1 oz fresh lemon juice
1/2 oz orgeat
1/2 oz vanilla bean simple syrup*
3 oz unfiltered apple cider
Shake ingredients with ice. Strain over ice.
Garnish: green sour apple Boba Tea pearls. Add Irish flag skewer.
*Vanilla bean simple syrup: over medium heat add 1 cup water, 1 cup sugar and ½ oz vanilla bean paste. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Let cool, bottle and refrigerate.
THE BRECKENRIDGE BROKEN BOMB
You guessed it. Drop the shot into the Broken Compass Coconut Porter beer. YUMMM.

Equal parts
Breckenridge Bourbon Whiskey
Breckenridge Espresso Vodka
Colorado cream liqueur
Half pint Broken Compass Coconut Porter
GREEN ISLE SOUR
Green Isle Sour
2 oz Breckenridge Rum Cask Finish
1 oz honey, cinnamon simple syrup*
3/4 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz egg white
Shake all ingredients with no ice. Add ice and shake again. Double strain up.
*Honey, cinnamon simple syrup: Over low-med heat, add 1 cup water, 4 oz honey, 4 oz sugar and 3 cinnamon sticks. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Let cool and rest 1/2 hour. Strain, bottle and refrigerate.
IRISH JIG
2 oz Breckenridge Gin
3/4 oz mint simple syrup*
3/4 oz fresh lime juice
Shake ingredients with ice. Strain and serve up.
Garnish: lime wheel floated on top with candied mint.
*Mint simple syrup: over medium heat add 1 cup water, 1 cup sugar and 15 mint leaves. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Turn off heat and let rest 30 minutes. Strain, let cool, bottle and refrigerate.
LEPRECHAUN LIBATION
Looking for something on the refreshing side? This sipper will definitely keep you in the spirit with fresh ingredients and chilled green tea. And, the pearl dust will give it that extra bit of shine.
Leprechaun Libation
1-1/2 oz Breckenridge Vodka
1 -1/4 oz mint tea & honey syrup*
3/4 oz fresh lemon juice
1/4 oz lime juice
3 oz chilled green tea with green pearl dust
Garnish: 4 leaf clover if you’re lucky
*Over medium heat, add 8oz mint tea, 4oz honey and 4oz sugar. Stir until dissolved.
THE QUIET MAN
2 oz Breckenridge Bourbon Whiskey
1/2 oz allspice dram
1 dash orange bitters
Stir ingredients with ice. Strain up in a small chilled coupe glass.
Garnish: orange swath zested.
