Strain aroma: Tropical, Sweet, Citrus

2 oz Breckenridge Spiced Whiskey (Buy Now)
3-1/2 oz pineapple juice
1-1/2 oz crème of coconut
1 oz orange juice
½ oz Falernum
Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain and serve with crushed ice.
Garnish: Pineapple wedge, cherry & edible flower.

1-1/2 oz Breckenridge Vodka (Buy Now)
20 blueberries
1/2 oz sage simple syrup*
1/2 oz dry vermouth
In a shaker tin muddle blueberries with sage simple syrup. Add Breckenridge Vodka, dry vermouth and ice. Shake and double strain into a coupe.
Garnish: sage leaf
*Sage simple syrup: over medium heat, add 1 cup water, 1 cup sugar. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Turn off heat and add 6 sage leaves. Stir and let rest 20 minutes to cool. Strain, bottle and refrigerate up to 2 weeks.

Strain aroma: Zesty Lime, Lemon Citrus, Spice, Earthy

1 oz lime juice
3/4 oz Orgeat
2 dashes lime bitters
Build cocktail in glass. Add crushed ice. Layer in freshly cut limes. Swizzle.

Strain aroma: Sour Lime, Diesel, Gas, Hops

2 oz Breckenridge Bitter (Buy Now)
Egg White
2 dashes orange bitters
1 oz fresh lemon juice
3/4 oz honey simple syrup
Dry shake ingredients (without ice). Add ice, shake again. Double strain into coupe glass.
Garnish: Aromatic bitters
Saucer Full of Secrets inspired by Grandaddy Purple from RIFF
Strain aroma: Grape, Sweet Berries
1-1/2 oz Breckenridge Gin (Buy Now)
¾ oz honey simple syrup*
3 grapes, 2 blackberries, 2 raspberries
Barspoon of apple cider vinegar
Top with soda. In a shaker tin add grapes, berries, honey simple and cider vinegar. Muddle, add ice and Breckenridge Gin. Shake and strain into a Collins glass. Add crushed ice and top with soda.
Garnish: Berries
*Honey simple syrup: over medium heat add 1 cup water, 4 oz sugar and 4 oz honey. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Let cool, bottle and refrigerate.
