Let It Snow
2 – 1/2 oz Mock One Non-Alcoholic Whiskey
1/4 oz date simple syrup*
Stir ingredients with ice. Strain and serve over ice.

*date simple syrup: over medium heat, add 8 oz water and 4 oz date syrup. Stir, let cool, bottle, and refrigerate.

Hot Buttered ‘Rum’
1-1/2 oz Mock One Non-Alcoholic Rum
1 generous tablespoon hot buttered rum batter*
Top with hot water

Add ingredients to a heat-safe mug. Give it a stir.

Garnish: churros and fresh ground cinnamon.
