MULE FEVER

Mule Fever
1-1/2 oz Breckenridge Spiced Rum [BUY NOW] 1 drop 365 Sweet Orange essential oil
Top with Fever Tree Ginger Beer
Healthy orange zest
Squeeze of a quarter lime

Garnish: lime wheel

PURE. WHISKEY. PASSION.

2 oz Breckenridge Bourbon [BUY NOW] 2 oz Apple Leopold’s Sour Apple Liqueur
1-1/2 oz Ceres Passion fruit juice
1-1/4 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice
2 drops orange flower water
Shake ingredients with ice. Serve up.

Garnish: dehydrated passion fruit slice

2 oz Breckenridge Spiced Whiskey [BUY NOW] 4 oz Big B’s Cider
3/4 oz tart cherry/cranberry/ maple shrub*
3/4 oz fresh lemon juice

Garnish: cranberries

*Tart cherry/cranberry/maple shrub: over medium heat, add 12 oz 365 Tart Cherry Juice, 2 oz 365 Cranberry Juice, 1 oz Bragg Cider Vinegar, 2 oz 365 Maple Syrup & 12 oz sugar. Stir until dissolved. Let cool.

BRECKENRIDGE SMASH

2 oz Breckenridge Bourbon [BUY NOW] 3/4 oz 365 Turbinado simple
1 orange wheel cut into quarters
1 lemon wheel cut into quarters
4 mint leaves (Kenter Canyon)
In a rocks glass, add 4 mint leaves, orange, lemon & Turbinado. Gently muddle. Add half glass crushed ice. Stir to incorporate. Add Breckenridge Bourbon & top with crushed ice.

Garnish: Kenter Canyon farms mint bouquet/powdered sugar

*Turbinado simple syrup: over medium heat, add 8 oz water and 8 oz Turbinado sugar. Stir until dissolved. Let cool.

OAT MILK & HONEY

Oat Milk & Honey
2 oz Breckenridge Spiced Rum [BUY NOW] 3 oz Oatly Oat Milk
1 oz Horizon Strawberry Milk
1 oz Manuka honey simple syrup*
Shake all ingredients with ice or serve warm.

Garnish: a sprinkle of oats and a cinnamon stick

*Honey simple syrup: over medium heat, add 8 oz water, 4 oz Manuka honey and 4 oz sugar. Stir until dissolved. Let cool.

WEE BIT OF DRAM

2 oz Breckenridge Bourbon [BUY NOW] 1/2 oz St. Elizabeth Allspice Dram
In a mixing glass, stir ingredients with ice. Strain and serve over a clear large cube.

Garnish: healthy orange zest

TELE TODDY

Tele Toddy
2 oz Breckenridge Spiced Rum [BUY NOW] 1/2 oz Local Hive Rocky Mountain Raw Honey
1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
Top with hot water

Garnish: lemon wheel and cardamom sugar

WHAT’S UP DOC

1-1/2 oz Breckenridge Bourbon [BUY NOW] 2-1/4 oz  Columbia Gorge cold-pressed carrot juice
1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
3/4 oz apple/Mitica orange blossom honey simple*
Pinch of carrot powder
Shake all ingredients with ice. Serve over ice.

Garnish: candied carrot ribbon

Honey simple syrup: over medium heat, add 8 oz 365 apple juice, 4 oz Mitica orange blossom honey and 4 oz sugar. Stir until dissolved. Let cool.

LIME In Da COCONUT “Daiquiri”

2 oz Breckenridge Spiced Rum [BUY NOW] 1 oz Fresh lime juice
3/4 oz vanilla bean simple*
Spritz of coconut tincture in an atomizer
Shake the top 3 ingredients with ice. Serve up in a chilled coupe. Spritz and garnish

*Vanilla bean simple syrup: over medium heat, add 8 oz water, 8 oz sugar and 1/2 oz vanilla bean paste. Stir until dissolved. Let cool.

ROCKY MOUNTAIN NOG

Rocky Mountain Nog
1-1/2 oz Breckenridge Spiced Whiskey [BUY NOW] 1 oz Califia Farms Toasted Coconut Almond Milk
1 oz  Oregon Chai
4 oz Horizon’s Organics Eggnog
Shake the top 4 ingredients with ice. Strain, garnish & serve.

Garnish: grated fresh nutmeg and cinnamon.

ROGUE ONE GREEN BEAN PICKLE BACK

1 oz Breckenridge Bourbon [BUY NOW] Bite of Rogue’s Bolder Beans pickled green bean
Chase with 1 oz pickled green bean juice

JEDI MASTER MACE WINDU’S OLD FASHIONED

2-1/2 oz Breckenridge Spiced Rum [BUY NOW] 1/2 oz Mace simple syrup*
2 dashes Scrappy’s Orange Bitters
In a mixing glass, add top 3 ingredients then add ice & stir. Strain over clear large ice.

Garnish: Luxardo cherry and healthy zest of orange

*Mace simple syrup: over medium heat, add 8 oz water, 8 oz 365 Turbinado sugar and 8 whole mace shells. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Turn off heat & let rest for 2 hours.

CUCKOO COCONUT

Cuckoo Coconut
2 oz Breckenridge Spiced Whiskey [BUY NOW] 5-1/2 oz cuckoo coconut mix*
Shake with ice. Serve over crushed ice.

Garnish: Turmeric and cinnamon sprinkle

*Coconut mix: in a Vitamix blender, add 30 oz cream of coconut, 30 oz  Califia Farms Almond Milk (unsweetened), 20 oz Ceres pear juice, 20 oz Small Hand Foods Orgeat, 1/2 bar spoon of Turmeric. Blend until all is incorporated well.

MAI TAI

2-1/4 oz Breckenridge Spiced Rum [BUY NOW] 1 oz Small Hand Foods Orgeat
1 oz fresh lime juice
3/4 oz orange liqueur
Shake all ingredients with ice. Serve over crushed ice.

Garnish: mint bouquet
