Chili Chile Vodka & Amadei Cioccolato Al Latte Con Nocciole (Milk Chocolate with Hazelnuts)

Fun fact: chili, chocolate, and hazelnuts are all aphrodisiacs. Our Breckenridge Chili Chile Vodka paired elegantly with Amadei hazelnut chocolate from Tuscany is the perfect pairing to kick off the class and set the mood for the tasting – and whatever comes after. The creamy mouthfeel of the chocolate beautifully pairs with the smokiness of the vodka, and the brightness of the chilis exquisitely contrast the richness of the chocolate in a tantalizing pairing that is a favorite of both customers and staff alike.

Bourbon & Valrhona Blond Dulcey

We’ll admit it, it’s hard to find a bad pairing with bourbon. After dozens of chocolates, we settled on this French chocolate. The recipe for the chocolate took 8 years to perfect, so we encourage you to spend a few moments truly savoring this pairing. The best way to enjoy this one is to allow the chocolate to melt on your tongue, savoring the buttery, creamy, toasted shortbread notes. Follow this with a sip of our Breckenridge Bourbon, and enjoy as the spicy rye, vanilla, and sweet oak notes in the spirit pair masterfully with the chocolate.

Spiced Rum & Smooth Chocolator

We bring the flavors of the Caribbean to the Rocky Mountains when we pair our Bourbon-barrel aged Spiced Rum with the Smooth Chocolator single origin bar straight from the Dominican Republic.  The roasty notes of our Spiced Rum, combined with the exotic spices we finish this spirit with compliment the roasted peanut, cherry and cinnamon notes of the Smooth Chocolator for a decadent slice of tropical flavortown.
