ISLAND TIME FLIGHT
Made up of Classic Daiquiri, Hemmingway Daiquiri, Spiced Rum Daiquiri & Strawberry Daiquiri.
Classic Daiquiri
2 oz Breckenridge White Rum (available at Breckenridge Distillery Bar Only)
1 oz fresh lime juice
1 oz raw simple syrup*
Shake all ingredients with ice. Double strain and serve up.
Garnish: lime wheel
*Raw simple syrup: 1 cup sugar in the raw, 1 cup water. Simmer until dissolved.
Hemmingway Daiquiri (made without maraschino liqueur)
2 oz Breckenridge White Rum (available at Breckenridge Distillery Bar Only)
1 oz fresh grapefruit juice
¾ oz raw simple syrup*
½ oz fresh lime juice
Shake all ingredients with ice. Double strain and serve up.
Garnish: lime wheel
*Raw simple syrup: 1 cup sugar in the raw, 1 cup water. Simmer until dissolved.
Spiced Rum Daiquiri
2 oz Breckenridge Rum Cask Finish Whiskey (Buy Now)
1 oz fresh lime juice
1 oz raw simple syrup*
Float of Breckenridge Spiced Rum (Buy Now)
Shake top 3 ingredients with ice. Double strain and serve up. Float Spiced rum.
Garnish: lime wheel

Strawberry Daiquiri
1 ½ oz Breckenridge White Rum (available at Breckenridge Distillery Bar Only)
4-6 muddled strawberry quarters
¾ oz fresh lime juice
¾ oz raw simple syrup*
Shake ingredients with ice and double strain into frozen coupe.
Garnish: strawberry wedge
*Raw simple syrup: 1 cup sugar in the raw, 1 cup water. Simmer until dissolved.
STAR WARS CANTINA
Made up of Outer Rim, Obi-Wan Old Fashioned, Rogue Planet & Aberdeen.
Outer Rim
1-1/2 oz Breckenridge PX Sherry Cask Finish Whiskey (Buy Now)
1 oz toasted black sesame syrup*
½ oz fresh lemon juice
Shake top three ingredients with ice. Strain into a glass with a quarter rim of Electro dust.
*toasted black sesame syrup. Over low medium heat, add ½ cup black sesame. Stir, you’ll hear them pop a little. Without burning, let cool and add to a spice grinder. Add them back to a pot with 3 cups water and 2-1/2 cups sugar. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Let cool, strain, bottle and refrigerate.
Obi-Wan Old Fashioned
2-1/2oz Breckenridge Port Cask Finish (Buy Now)
1/2oz raw simple syrup*
2-3 dashes of barrel-aged bitters or Angostura Bitters
Stir with ice, strain over large ice cube
Garnish: Luxardo cherry, orange
*Raw simple syrup: 1 cup sugar in the raw, 1 cup water. Simmer until dissolved.
Rogue Planet
2 oz Brown Butter Washed Breckenridge Bourbon Whiskey*
2 oz Tart cherry juice
1 oz Allspice syrup*
1 oz fresh lemon juice
3/4 bar spoon Mission fig vinegar
Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain and serve over ice.
Garnish: Red vein sorrel
*Brown butter washed Bourbon: over medium heat, melt one stick unsalted butter until it has a nutty aroma. Pour 1 bottle of Breckenridge Bourbon Whiskey and melted butter into pitcher and freeze overnight. Skim off butter, and strain out the rest.
*Allspice syrup: over medium heat, add 1 cup water, 1 cup brown sugar and 2 oz muddled allspice. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Let cool, strain, bottle and refrigerate.
Aberdeen
1 oz Breckenridge 105 High Proof Bourbon Whiskey (Buy Now)
1 oz Breckenridge Bitter (Buy Now)
1 oz milk liqueur*
3/4 oz fresh lime juice
Garnish: Basil
*Milk liqueur: combine 1 cup milk, 1 cup white sugar, 1 cup Breckenridge Vodka with juice and rinds of 1/2 lemon, 1/2 lime, and 1/2 orange. Let sit a few days and strain.
