3 oz chai
2 oz vanilla almond milk
2 dashes Fee Brothers Toasted Nut Bitters

This is our highest proof whiskey and believe it or not, the High Proof drinks easier than our Breck Bourbon. This is a winner in our books. Our Blended Bourbon Whiskey, but with a twist, bottled at a gripping 105 proof. Get a chance to experience what our distillers taste as they blend: a wild ride through rich, dark caramel and toasted almonds, burnt Baker’s chocolate and dried orange peel, with a lingering finish of vanilla and spice. 3/4 oz vanilla/maple simple syrup*

5. PX Sherry Cask Finish [90pf]
From the Andalusia province of Spain, a luscious dessert wine is produced from the shriveled raisins of the Pedro Ximenez (PX) grape. This highly viscous, syrupy, wine is aged in ancient solera barrels for decades before release. We acquired a selection of retired PX barrels from a solera hundreds of years old and filled them with our rich and spicy Bourbon Whiskey. Left to bask in these ripe, fruity vessels, our Whiskey emerged with complex layers of fig compote, orange marmalade, and licorice to complement the sweet oak and vanilla character of our world-renowned Bourbon Whiskey.

2 oz Breckenridge PX Sherry Cask Finish
1 oz Breckenridge Bitter
1/2 oz cold brew coffee
1/2 oz allspice dram
1/2 oz lemon juice
2/3 oz vanilla bean simple syrup
4 dashes cranberry bitters
Shake and serve in coup.
*Vanilla bean simple syrup: Over heat combine equal parts water and sugar. Add 1 tbsp vanilla bean paste, stir until incorporated.

6 oz Breckenridge Spiced Whiskey
1 bottle Cabernet
1 oz honey
1 oz Turbinado sugar
1 tbsp cardamom seeds, muddled
3 star anise
2 cinnamon sticks
6 cloves
Peels from two oranges
1 lemon, sliced
Over low-med heat, add all ingredients. Stir to incorporate. Keep on this heat for 20 minutes. Then turn to low and cover for 30 minutes. Strain when you have the balance you like. Return to low heat and serve garnished with orange, cinnamon stick, star anise.

2 oz peach tea
1 oz mace simple syrup*
1 oz fresh lemon juice
¼ bar spoon orange Brew Glitter
Shake top 4 ingredients with ice. Strain over ice and add orange glitter. Stir to incorporate.
Garnish: orange double twist
