Tasting Notes-
AROMA: Notes of intense oak with a dry white grape finish. Honey and spices enrich the nose with complexity subdued from Sauternes, Gironde region southern Bordeaux wine barrels.
FLAVOR: Rich vanilla spice and complex sweetness are imbued in the whiskey as it matures for two years in these specialty barrels. Behind this subtle honey sweetness, there is holiday spice reminiscent of clove, followed by dehydrated apricot with a medium to long dry finish.
