Breckenridge Distillery Celebrates 10 Years of PURE. WHISKEY. PASSION
Breckenridge Distillery’s story began when our founder and CEO Bryan Nolt’s passion to make the perfect bottle of whiskey brought him to the same Rocky Mountain water that lured treasure-seeking pioneers the prior century. Just like those Breckenridge pioneers, Bryan found something good-not gold or silver, but perfect mineral-infused water from Colorado snowmelt that would help make whiskey history.
10 years later, we’re still following our passion for producing the best spirits possible. The Breckenridge Distillery has produced innumerable award-winning spirits. Most widely known for their Breckenridge Bourbon, named World’s Best Bourbon by the International Whiskey Competition and Best in Class by Whiskies of the World, Breckenridge Distillery spirits have gained national attention for their flavor, quality, and branding. In 2018, the Breckenridge Distillery was awarded Icons of Whisky: Brand Innovator of the Year by Whisky Magazine.
Beyond its award-winning spirits, the Breckenridge Distillery Restaurant [BDR] offers an exceptional dining experience with a menu created by world-renowned Chef David Burke, plus tours and events focusing on all the things that the distillery loves most: food, booze and the outdoors.

What: To help Celebrate our 10 year anniversary, Breckenridge Distillery is getting the band back together! BDR Host Chef Richard Calton welcomes longtime colleagues BDR Culinary Ambassador/Super Chef David Burke (EAST: Woodpecker, Tavern 62, BLT Prime) and Chef Peter Armellino (WEST: Michelin Star-Plumed Horse) to the majestic mountain town of Breckenridge to showcase their unique and playful takes on modern-American dishes.
Christopher Curtin from Éclat Chocolate will be on hand to offer Éclat Chocolates made with Breckenridge Distillery spirits and resident Liquid Chef Billie Keithley will be expertly pairing cocktails to perfectly compliment the Chefs’ dishes.
Chefs will offer alternating dishes in a six-course tasting menu at Breckenridge Distillery Restaurant on September 20th at 6 PM. Limited tickets available. Cheers to 10 Years!

BATCH 1 RELEASE OF SAUTERNES FINISH WHISKEY

What: We are celebrating 10 years of PURE.WHISKEY.PASSION with the Batch 1 release of Sauternes Finish Whiskey. This limited-edition whiskey will be released Sept. 17 at the Breckenridge Distillery and the Main Street Tasting Room exclusively. Join us for two complimentary tastings of the Sauternes Finish Whiskey September 17 & 21, available at either location. Quantities are limited.

2:00-2:45 – Behind the scenes tour of our Phase II expansion
In January 2018, we expanded our production facility to keep up with demands for grain-to-bottle. We increased our production capacity by installing a continuous column still giving us the ability to produce 10-times the bourbon. Join our Head Distiller Hans Stafsholt on a behind the scenes tour of our Phase II expansion and learn how this changes the future production for the Distillery.
