Welcome to Breckenridge Distillery, where whiskey isn’t just for sipping – it’s incorporated into our daily lifestyle. Whether you’re aiming to sculpt your summer body or simply looking to offset last night’s cocktails, we’ve crafted a series of exercises that turn award-winning Breckenridge Spirits into tools for physical fitness. So, grab a bottle, a case, or even a barrel and let’s toast to a new way of enjoying whiskey – one that taps into both body and ‘spirit.’
We teamed up with Breckenridge Distillery’s very own Warehouse Warrior, Sierra De Grasse (@mowdegrasse on IG) to curate the ULTIMATE Whiskey Workout using her surroundings at work as the gym.
“All you need is a box and a bottle! These sets and reps should provide a balanced workout routine for each targeted muscle group, and will focus on both toning and building muscle. Adjust weights and reps as needed based on individual fitness levels and goals.”
Before we start out, we will need to grab some weights… in the form of whiskey. Be careful not to drop these!
- 1 Full 750ml bottle of Breckenridge Whiskey weighs approximately 3.5 lbs.
- 1 Full 1.75L bottle of Breckenridge Vodka weighs approximately 6.6 lbs.
- 1 Case (6 bottles) of 750 ml Breckenridge Bourbon weighs approximately 21.5 lbs.
